The Mountain Tour is designed to last about four to five hours.  It is a driving tour primarly with limited stops.  But we do stop for bathroom breaks and photo opportunities.  The price is for a downtown Denver pick-up.  The price will be adjusted based on mileage to originations outside of the downtown Denver area.  The price is per tour, not per passenger.  The capacity is seven passengers.  It is best to start in the morning, but I can accommodate a reservation time to meet your schedule.

    This is where Denver started. This photo (provided by The Denver Public Library) is the the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek, pre-Denver. The area was a gathering place of Cheyenne and Arapahoe tribes.

    This drive is an incredible experience through narrow mountain canyons with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains and the eastern plains. The drive will take us by Mt. Evans and ends in historical Idaho Springs.

  7. Oh My Gawd Road

    Weather and road conditions permitting, we will drive a local short-cut to Central City with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, pass-by mining ruins, and experience why locals named this "Oh My Gawd Road."

Ride in the vehicle to the top or walk up the 393 steps like the locals do for exercise.
Mount Evans:  This tour does NOT include a drive to the top of Mount Evans.  For an extra fee we can include it.  The road is only open a limited time in the summer.

    We will drive through historic Central City, once known as "The Richest Square Mile on Earth" during her peak mining activity. Today Central City is a gambling town that has preserved it's historic character.
  2. Golden
    We will finish with a beatiful canyon drive along Clear Creek down to and through Golden, pass by Coors Brewery, then return to Denver.
